This range of machines is normally used for drying components after the vibratory finishing process (although suitable for drying components after any wet process). The rotary dryer is filled with drying media (Supervelat), the wet components are loaded into the machine continuously, or in batch via a loading chute, the wet components travel automatically through the pre-heated drying media around the process chamber and are then separated on a polyurethane coated separation screen.

In addition to the stain free drying, additional polishing of the components will take place resulting in high quality finished components.

The heat block heating system is directly attached to the base plate of the processing bowl. This results in a highly energy-efficient drying operation.
